I just finished Tender Deceit and loved it! Singapore sounds like an exciting place, I would love to go there someday, but I am disabled so probably won’t. But your book made me feel like I was there for a couple of hours. Thank you so much.

I am going to take a look at your dog books too, they sound great!

Hi Becca – thank you SO much for your lovely comment! I can’t tell you how much it made my day, I’m so pleased you enjoyed Tender Deceit – I’ve always loved books that could make me feel like I was somewhere new and exotic, so I feel honoured to have been able to do the same for you. 🙂 I’m hard at work on the second book in the series now, which I’m planning to release in September – so get ready for more travels to Singapore! 😉

Oh – and I just realised that you left a review on Amazon too. THANK YOU!! That was incredibly kind of you to take the time – I really appreciate it.

      Best wishes,

I love your books about Toran and Leah, especially as your books take me back to my childhood. I lived in Southeast Asia when I was younger and reading your descriptions makes me feel like I’m there again. The chemistry between your characters is fantastic and the story – both in Book 1 and Book 2 – was engrossing. I can’t wait for Book 3 to come out. I hope it’s soon!

    Best,
    A.L.

Okay, you have me hooked on Toran and Leah. . . I have read both Tender Deceit and Tender Treachery and loved the suspense/romance in both books. . I can see that the 3rd book will still have some unresolved issues between Toran and Leah. They both seem to have trust issues . . . can hardly wait to see how you portray this in your next book.

Thanks, Mary, for your lovely comment! 🙂 I’m so pleased you’re enjoying Leah & Toran’s story so far. Yup, they’ve still got a lot of stuff to work out… Book 3 is going to be a fun experience for me to write! Thanks so much for taking the time to write – it’s always so wonderful to hear from my readers. 😀

Hi! I discovered your Oxford Tearoom Mysteries recently on kindle while having to spend some time in hospital. I must say the food descriptions really did make my mouth water (which was doubly hard with only NHS rations!!) but they have kept me company and got me through a tough time with a lovely bit of escapism! I love baking too, but haven’t done any in a while and your books have inspired me to get back in the kitchen – so thank you! I’m looking forward to Book 4 in the series and am going to check out your other lines. I love Jane Austen, so your Dark Darcy Mysteries sounds really intriguing!

I have fallen in love with the Oxford tearoom mysteries. I read all of the series in one weekend and enjoyed every minute of them. The characters are charming, intriguing, funny, and perfect to the setting and I wish I could meet them in real life (especially “The Old Bidddies”). I can’t wait for the next book to find out what the next mystery is, but, more importantly, to find out the fate of Gemma and Devlin.

Oh wow – thank you so much, Rose, for that wonderful comment!! It brought such a smile to my face! 😀 And I can’t believe that you read ALL the books in one weekend!!

I’m blushing – thank you for the kind words. It’s so lovely to hear how much you’re enjoying my books. (By the way, have you seen my new series which just launched? It’s called the BEWITCHED BY CHOCOLATE Mysteries – I think you’d love it too! 🙂 It’s also set in the beautiful Cotswolds and the Old Biddies even make a cameo appearance in Chapter 1! 😉 )

Thank you again for taking the time to write in – I really appreciate it.

I’ve read all of the Oxford taproom book thru the last one. I love them so much! Then I started the Chocolate ones and love them too. I really enjoy the lovely way you portray every character. Thank you for the hours of enjoyment.

Thank you, Carolyn!! What a lovely comment – you made my day! 🙂 I’m so delighted that you’re enjoying both my series. Yes, I really love the process of creating the characters – both the “regular cast” and the new guest stars in each story! It’s strange – sometimes it’s almost like they have a life of their own. I might have everything planned out for a story – but then the characters decide to go off on their own in a different direction – haha!

      Best wishes,
